Welcome to Lola Lash Studio— the first lash studio in the Uintah Basin! 💖 We’ve created an all-pink, all-things-girly space where beauty feels fun, comfy, and totally YOU. Our lash squad is made up of amazing independent artists. Yes they are each their own boss! Each artist has their own style and personality. That’s why we always recommend scrolling through their work before booking—because finding your lash soulmate makes the whole experience better for both of you. Here’s the scoop: 💗 JR TECHS– Licensed, certified, and full of potential! If you don’t mind being patient with a beginner, they’re a super cute option (and your lashes will thank you). 💗 MASTER TECHS– Fast, fabulous, and ready to create something totally out-of-the-box. If you want a little extra glam and efficiency, they’re your go-to. No matter who you choose, you’ll leave with lashes that make you feel like the prettiest, most confident version of yourself. ✨
CANCELLATION POLICY
NEW CLIENTS New clients will be contacted for a $25 deposit prior to their appointment. This fee is non refundable if you no-show or cancel without 24hr notice. CANCELLATIONS We require a minimum of 24hr (business days) notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This will allows us to accommodate those on the waiting list. If client fails to cancel appointment before 24hrs the card on file will be charged 50% of the service booked. If client wants to rebook they will be required to pay in advanced 100% of the service being requested (this is non refundable if client no shows). If client no-shows, they will not be accepted at the studio. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Thank you we understand that emergency’s happen and life comes up, we appreciate your continue love and support of our small local business ❤️ GUARANTEE We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra cost. This is a policy we are proud to offer. REFUNDS We do not offer refunds on our services. We do however, offer a Guarantee on all of our services (see guarantee policy)
